Returns Policy
Please note before you return your furniture:
We are happy to return most items within 14 days of receipt, subject to a collection charge, or you can arrange your own return.
How do I return furniture?
To return an item, please call or email our sales team within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original packaging. If you have opted for our Room of Choice delivery service (white glove) and you are unsure about any items, you must ask the delivery team to leave the packaging with you at the time of delivery. Failure to retain the packaging will affect your return.
Requesting a refund
Refunds will only be processed once the goods have been collected and returned to our warehouse and have been quality checked. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process.
What is the returns policy for furniture, gifts and lighting?
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs), you can return furniture purchased under a distance contract (online or over the phone). Except for furniture listed in the Exclusions below, you can cancel your purchase and return it if you notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery of the goods.
Cost of returning furniture
Unless you return the item in person, the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. We offer a collection service and charge a collection fee. The fee ranges from $50 to $110 per item, depending on the location, size and value of the item. Returned shipments/orders over $1500 will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Canceling or Returning Discounted Orders
If we offer a volume purchase discount at the time you place your order, we will offer the discount based on the amount you spend with us. If you subsequently return or cancel any part of the discounted order, this will reduce the amount you have spent with us and may therefore disqualify you from the discount. We reserve the right to deduct the full order discount from any refund due to you. If you wish to return part of your discounted order, please contact us to discuss.
Canceling an order 14 days after purchase
If you change your mind after 14 days of placing your order, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. We offer free storage for up to 4 months. However, after this period, a storage fee of $90 per month per order will apply.
Delivery of Large Furniture
Please ensure that the furniture you have chosen is suitable for your room and has been checked for access. If your items are to be delivered to a floor above ground level, please check that the items are suitable for the stairs and that there are no tight corners or low ceilings before placing your order. Upon delivery, if the item is unsuitable for any reason, a restocking fee will be charged and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund. If you are unsure, a site visit can be arranged for between $70 and $110.
Furniture Condition
Please inspect items thoroughly as soon as they arrive. Although it is rare, items are sometimes damaged in transit. Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so that we can pick it up and replace it for you as soon as possible,
If our delivery team is not at your home to unpack and assemble the item, please ensure that the returned item is placed in its original packaging. If you have opted for our Room of Choice delivery service (White Glove) and you are unsure about any of the items, you must ask the driver to leave the packaging with you at the time of delivery. Failure to leave the packaging will affect your ability to return any items.
You must leave the items in the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery before collecting them or returning them to us (unless we have agreed how they will be used in general until we provide a replacement). We reserve the right to take into account the condition of any items you return to us and have the right to make a deduction from the refund paid to you based on any use of the item or any damage to the product.
Arranging a pickup
It can take up to 21 business days from appointment to collection/delivery network pickup. Alternatively, the customer can return the goods in person or arrange for a courier to deliver the goods at their own cost (you will need to ensure that the goods are returned to us safely).
